Shipping & Delivery Information

Our Shipping Policy:

Our goal is to get your OneK® order shipped as soon as possible which is why we make every effort to process your order quickly. We do our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders that are placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

 Shipping Options & Rates:

Our free shipping offer applies to qualified orders over $50 and are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage to addresses in the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping location, total weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method of your order. Our available shipping methods include USPS Ground, USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight, and FedEx Priority Saturday Overnight. Please note Priority Saturday Overnight delivery is not available in all areas and will show as an option if it is.

Order Cutoff Times:

  • Ground orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Expedited orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will ship same day. 
  • Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends, or holidays will ship next-business day. 
  • All "Delivery by" dates published at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of the order and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. This calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to completing your purchase.
  • Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas.

Where we Ship:

We currently ship to addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.  

Holiday Shipping: 

Order by 12PM EST with the corresponding shipping methods to receive your gifts and products on time:

  • Ground (FedEx): Dec. 15th
  • 2-Day (FedEx): Dec. 20th
  • Overnight (FedEx): Dec. 21st

Shipping Holidays:

Our warehouse will not be shipping on the following dates in 2026. Any order placed during that period will be processed the following business day.

  • Memorial Day - May 25, 2026
  • Labor Day - September 7, 2026
  • Thanksgiving Day - November 26, 2026
  • Christmas Eve - December 24, 2026
  • Christmas Day - December 25, 2026
  • New Year’s Day - January 1, 2027

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing a tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can also log in to your account on our website to track the status of your order.
